空氣室空氣彈簧阻尼的性能

空氣室空氣彈簧系統(tǒng)由空氣彈簧本體,節(jié)流孔以及附加空氣室組成,其阻尼作用通過節(jié)流孔實現(xiàn)??諝鈴椈稍谑艿酵饨巛d荷作用產(chǎn)生形變時,空氣彈簧本體與附加空氣室之間形成壓力差。當(dāng)空氣彈簧在靜態(tài)形變時,即列車靜止或低速行駛狀態(tài)下,壓力差較小,節(jié)流孔不產(chǎn)生較大的阻尼力。而在列車高速運行中,空氣彈簧振動加劇,空氣彈簧本體與附加空氣室壓力差增大,節(jié)流孔產(chǎn)生明顯的阻尼作用,吸收振動能量,達到衰減振動的作用。
The air spring system of additional air chamber is composed of air spring body, throttle hole and additional air chamber.When the air spring is deformed by external load, the pressure difference between the air spring body and the additional air chamber is formed.When the air spring is in static deformation, that is, when the train is still or running at low speed, the pressure difference is small, and the throttle hole does not produce a large damping force.However, in high-speed train operation, the vibration of air spring is aggravated, the pressure difference between air spring and the additional air chamber is increased, and the throttle hole has an obvious damping effect, which absorbs vibration energy to attenuate vibration.
